Ingredients: Chamomile (Chamomilla Matricharia), Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata).

Take 2ml of the stress support in a shot glass of juice, water, added to a cup of tea or under the tongue.

Can be taken 2x per day.

Notes: This combination can be taken long term however herb breaks are recommended after a month of continuous use. Can also be taken sporadically as needed when stress starts to bubble. Suitable for day or night consumption, 30 mins before bed is best for insomnia.

Passionflower: Nervine, mild nervous system sedative, adaptogenic.

Chamomile: Nervine, carminative + digestive (relief for stomach upset associated with stress).
