Due to the safety standards for health products refunds due to change of mind can not be issued once the ordered product has been shipped and or has reached the customer. Exchanges can be considered at Adaptual's discretion if product is not suitable for customer, we are always here to help and encourage you to email us with any concerns or questions. We do not accept refunds for allergies as the information provided for each product gives clear indication of any potential allergens inside the product before purchasing.
Here are the details of our refund policy:

Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund product must be faulty, broken or have major flaw.

Refund Amount: We will refund the full purchase price of the product, excluding any shipping or handling charges paid at the time of purchase.

Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please email us at casey@adaptualhealth.com with the subject line "Refund Request". Please include your order number, the reason for the refund, and any relevant details. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to return the products.

Refund Timeline: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any refund request if we believe that the product has been intentionally damaged, misused, or tampered with.
