Concentration

Ashwagandha: 500mg/ml

Sleep & Relaxation: Chamomile 250mg/ml, Lavender 250mg/ml.

How to use

AM: Take 1-4ml of Ashwagandha tincture in a small shot glass of your choice of juice or water.

PM: Take 1-3ml of Sleep & Relaxation in a small shot glass of your choice of juice or water. This can also be taken in warm water and will have a smaller flavour profile to a chamomile tea.
