  4. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the product is returned to us safely.

  5. Refund Timeline: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
