Ashwagandha is a revered adaptogen that has the dual ability to both calm and energise the body, restoring tone and functional balance within the nervous system. 

Our 100% Australian Ashwagandha is the only fresh extracted cold climate tincture on the market. We process the freshly picked Ashwagandha root within 24 hours of harvest and extract in a GMP facility with the highest quality and safety standards.

Take 1-4ml of our Australian Ashwagandha tincture and drop into a shot glass of juice. Drink immediately. Juice hides the taste of the Ashwagandha entirely.

It can also be taken under the tongue (sublingual) if you don't mind the strength or taste, mixed into a beverage it is undetectable and is the recommended option for people.

Take with consistency, every 6-8 weeks take a one week break.

Ashwagandha has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years and is considered one of the most important herbs of Ayurveda and its traditional healing principles.
