Ingredients

Filtered water, organic alcohol, Ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera), Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis), Chamomile (Matricharia chamomila).

How to use

Take 1-4ml of our Australian Ashwagandha tincture and drop into a shot glass of juice. Drink immediately. Juice hides the taste of the Ashwagandha entirely. 

It can also be taken under the tongue (sublingual) if you don't mind the strength or taste, mixed into a beverage it is undetectable and is the recommended option for people. 

Take with consistency, every 6-8 weeks take a one week break.

Cautions

Do not consume if you are pregnant. Consult your health care provider before taking any new herbal remedy. Ashwagandha can have prescription contradictions and caution is recommended for those with thyroid conditions and those on blood thinners. If you have sensitive blood sugar levels, take with food. Not suitable for those with nightshade allergies.
