How to use

Take 1-4ml of our Australian Ashwagandha+ tincture and drop into a shot glass of juice. Drink immediately. Juice hides the taste of the Ashwagandha entirely.

It can also be taken under the tongue (sublingual) if you don't mind the strength or taste, mixed into a beverage it is undetectable and is the recommended option for people.

Take with consistency, every 6-8 weeks take a one week break.
