Last weekend (5th April 2025) we harvested the first crop of Ashwagandha for the 2025 season. It is an incredible grow, the rain before spring set the soil up perfectly for large healthy roots. These roots have been now been processed and are currently extracting ready for the next steps of testing and then filling. Thankyou all so much for supporting Australian farming. Our 100% Australian Ashwagandha is the only fresh extracted cold climate tincture on the market. We process the freshly picked Ashwagandha root within 24 hours of harvest and extract in a GMP facility with the highest quality and safety standards.

Ingredients

100% fresh Australian grown & organic Ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera), Filtered water, Organic alcohol, Parts used: Fresh root.

How to use

Take 1-4ml of our Australian Ashwagandha tincture and drop into a shot glass of juice. Drink immediately. Juice hides the taste of the Ashwagandha entirely.

It can also be taken under the tongue (sublingual) if you don't mind the strength or taste, mixed into a beverage it is undetectable and is the recommended option for people.

Take with consistency, every 6-8 weeks take a one week break.

Ashwagandha has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years and is considered one of the most important herbs of Ayurveda and its traditional healing principles.

Very happy with the product 😊

I was able to easily include it into my daily routine and although the taste is different, I can hide it by adding it to my breakfast juice. I guess the real test on how this product has worked will be when I get my next cholesterol check 🙂
